ufree/ 2026WEB SERVICE · LIVE
Making plans shouldn't be this hard.
Finding a time for a group to meet can be surprisingly frustrating.
You ask everyone when they're free, wait for replies, and compare schedules that never seem to line up.
I built ufree to make that process simpler.

01The Problem
Existing scheduling tools can be useful, but some feel unnecessarily complicated, especially on mobile.
I wanted a way for anyone to join through a link and share their availability without having to create an account.
02The Approach
With ufree, someone creates a scheduling room and shares a link.
Participants mark when they're available, and the service finds the times that work best for the group.
I focused on making the time-selection experience simple and comfortable on mobile devices.
03After Launch
Once ufree was live, I started looking at how people actually used it.
Creating a room isn't the same as successfully making plans. What mattered more was whether people joined, submitted their availability, and eventually confirmed a time.
Early usage data helped me see the difference between how I expected people to use the product and what they actually did.
04What I'm Working On
Making it easier for invited participants to respond.
Helping groups move naturally from comparing availability to confirming a plan.
ufree is still evolving through that process.
